“My wife Karen and I have been recommended to take our Golden Retriever to see Philippa by our orthopaedic vet to have physiotherapy with her because of a very unusual and rare condition he has which Philippa is very knowledgeable of and will be able to help us. We have spoken to her twice. We were anxious and upset but she completely put our minds at rest by explaining to us calmly and what to do up to my appointment and not to worry and she has been so kind and helpful and superbly knowledgeable about his condition. Philippa took so much time to explain to us what our gorgeous boy has and we have every confidence going to visit her. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who needs to go to Active Pets she also has a lovely receptionist, Hope, who was so kind and helpful also. As We all know when our pets are unwell it is very upsetting but to be able to speak and see someone who is professional, kind and caring is a huge relief. We are 100 per cent confident she will help us and she comes highly recommended from a top orthopaedic surgeon who we have known and trusted for decades.”

“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

“We’ve been using Ace Dog Walking for years and I can’t recommend them highly enough - they care about the dogs so much - they are very experienced walkers and limit the number of dogs on each walk to a small group, unlike some other walkers to ensure they give each dog their full attention. Jen takes times to pair up doggies on each walks with their friends & my Labrador Ida absolutely loves going out with her pals. Jen is also amazing at late notice if I need something - she’s always there to help out. Her boarding service is great & she takes them out on lots of walks and gives them home from home comfort. Ace Dog Walking is the best dog walking team in London!”

“We cannot recommend dog in black highly enough, it’s almost impossible to leave a review that expresses how wonderful they are. Our pup goes on day care with them every week and has regular sleep overs and we know he is cared for wonderfully, he is never happier than when he is picked up! I also love that it’s not a traditional day care centre where the dogs spend a lot of time just in a room together which wouldn’t suit our dog. It’s all outdoor activities or one on one love. In addition the team are so caring and considerate with us, helping with last minute requests, accommodating us when we moved and supporting us and our dog when he had major surgery. You won’t regret sending your dog here!!”

They are professional, knowledgeable and really care about them wellbeing of the animal in a holistic approach. Any question you may have about your animal, the team at Kensington Hounds has an opinion and i have found them to be superb. From food, to treats to exercise and obedience.. my golden retriever has truly matured through their input. And she has met some great friends. Now at 9 months, her walks and care from Kensington hounds has enhanced her puppy period and beyond. I truly recommend them extremely highly .”

“Absolutely AMAZING! The team are so welcoming and sweet. Went in for a full groom with my cat and he came out a new man! Communication between the team and customers is excellent. Talked me through the whole thing and my cat was treated amazing and was made to feel so welcome. Louise is the beautiful lady who groomed my cat and he adored her. Would definitely recommend for cat grooming. 100000/10 from me!”

“I came here to buy fish food for my holiday. I have a single goldfish and the only holiday fish food available was for tropical fish. I asked the friendly staff for help and advice which they gladly gave. The chap on the till was the most helpful and informed me the tropical fish food simply has more protein in it than the goldfish holiday food would have done (which was out of stock at that branch) so it was safe for me to give my pet the tropical food. I'm pleased to say I returned from my holiday to find my beloved goldfish happy in their tank, having been fed perfectly well.”

“Gina's pet petrol has been amazing. She's reliably looked after my elderly house cat who has lots of health problems and it is such a relief knowing he is in safe hands! Gina goes above and beyond, and is so good with cats... mine loves her, and I know she always makes a fuss of him. I always come home from trips away to an immaculate house, empty litter tray and very happy, well fed cat!”

“Our puppy Peggy always comes home very tired, what more can we ask! Gail sends us videos of walks during the day so we can see she’s being well looked after. Overall service is great, pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening. The dogs all seem to have a great time playing together and Peggy always seems excited when Gail is at the door to pick her up.”

“Gerry @ Dog Knows Windsor is extremely dedicated to his work. He has done both play & train sessions and dog walking with our Griffon Bruxellois Archie from 13 weeks up until now (8 months). Archie loves his time with Gerry and the other dogs. He is extremely well socialised now and has no issues with other friendly dogs. Knowing that Archie is in the care of Gerry @ Dog Knows Windsor whilst we are at work is extremely comforting as we know he is well looked after and that he comes back exercised. Whilst prices are slightly more than competitors in the area, it's Gerry's dedication to the dogs that makes him instantly recommendable. He isn't just a dog walker, he's a carer and trainer too.”

“I used this dog boarding service when we went on holiday back in February. My puppy German shepherd was 3 months old then and I was anxious how he would be around anyone other than us. He also suffered from separation anxiety. We made Lauren aware of our concerns and also wanted some lead training done whilst he stayed there. Togo loved his first stay and learnt a lot and we also were sent picture and videos of how he was doing. Since then Togo has stayed on a number of occasions for 2-3 days at a time and I know if I make a call for advice I’ll be given correct information too.Togo is now 7 months and is always happy to stay with Lauren. It’s like he has a second set of parents and to know they are fully insured and have the correct training means I can rest assured that Togo is safe and well looked after.”

“Ronnie looked after my jack Russell and Lakeland terrier cross two brothers called Ronnie&Reggie while I was playing in a golf tournament they can be abit of a handful to say the least first time they had been to her what a lovely lady puts you at ease straight away that she will take care of the two Herbert’s to be honest I felt more worried for her lol but she had them under control in no time sent me photos and updates of them all out enjoying the walk together in fact I think didn’t really want to come home they enjoyed themselves that much fed them dinner when home both flat out on the sofa very content terriers I cannot recommend Ronnie enough even gave both of them a kiss goodbye patience of a saint!!! if you need someone to look after your dogs and in safe hands look no further will definitely use again if my numbers not barred lol thanks again Ronnie rgds Jimmy”

“Amy from Woof Woof Walk initially started doing puppy visits for us. Now our puppy is 5 months + he has progressed to proper walks and is loving it. I was very anxious about leaving him at first but both Catherine and Amy quickly put me at ease. It is clear they have the dogs best interests at heart. Both ladies are very responsive on text and extremely accommodating of my often last minute requests (ever changing work set up). I would highly recommend them to any dog owner. I know my whippet puppy is in safe hands with them.”

“We have been using Briony and KDW since our German Shepherd was a puppy. Briony immediately put us at ease from starting with puppy visits and now onto hourly visits/walks, helping to also interact with other dogs and on her own. She is VERY flexible and helps us out at the very last minute at times. Our dog absolutely adores her (sometimes more than us I’m pretty sure) and she always makes sure the dog is wiped down and the house kept clean when she visits. Would highly recommend her and wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“My dog has been using this vet for years. They are simply amazing. Dr. Enric is top of his field with a whole Master Degree and he is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is kind to you and deeply cares about his patients. I have seen him during the years staying late way over the 6pm closure to look after pets. My dog had to be hospitalised and you know the worry we get, so Enric called me few times in the day to give me updates.. here not only you can rest assured they will be in the best hands possible but they will treat your pet as it is their own. During the night I spoke with Dani from Richmond hospital and she not only reassured me on everything but she was super empathetic, caring and she updated me on everything, making me feel so much better! Thank you Dani. I was also told that Enric went to the hospital there just to check how my little one was doing…that is such a lovely thing to do!They are not the cheapest but you always get what you pay for and using this vet you will know you are giving your pet a 5 star care. Thank you DR Enric, the doctors in the veterinary hospital in Richmond and all the staff. Continue to do the outstanding job you do everyday! We need more people like you all in this world!”
