There was an occasion when there was an issue with the PCR test, the Pharmacist took charge and resolved it, within 10 minutes a correct certificate was issued. He's usally very unsure of the vets as expected but we got his jab done easy quickly he didn't even notice. Further more he allowed his claws to be cut with no fuss this time.. “I genuinely cannot recommend this vet & the nurses anymore. I don’t think words will be enough. I foster rabbits for rescues and they are ALWAYS so kind, caring, helpful and patient. I don’t ever leave their thinking it’s about money or unhappy with anything they have said or done. They are always doing whatever they can to help and advise especially when Iv had some really complex rabbits with complex needs. My own two rabbits were with a different vets but since the care the fosters have got Iv moved my 4 over to them. Thank you for everything you do.”
