“We love Danielle. She is amazing. Friendly, connects with the doggies and its obvious she loves her job. My Hercules loves going for a groom, Danielle puts him at ease, sits on the floor and plays with him and takes her time to do the best possible job she can on him. his coat was very knotty this time so we had to go super short but she consulted me before doing this and always keeps me informed eith pictures throughout his time with her. it's a nice environment too, with a doggie couch, toys and there's enough parking available too. I cant fault Danielle and wish I'd found her from the start rather than a nearby big chain petshop who were completely impersonal and left us with unpleasant experiences. Danielle really cares and that's what makes her so good at her job.”

“Anita was truly gentle and effective with my two Alexandrite Siberian cats Fe and Pt. Fe has particularly troublesome hair, and we need to preempt tangles and matting under his legs and on his tummy. Pt has never been groomed before, and is a highly strung cat. Anita handled them brilliantly and lovingly.”

“Liz came for a meet and greet with us with and we went through all of our worries and needs (hes  a puppy with poodle in him so tends to get over excited and bark!) As we work full time and have  family helping us day to day Liz has had to  meet us all. Jasper adores his time with Liz twice a week on walks. Liz has been amazing and given some great advice, she always updates me on how his walk has been and often there's a photo to go along with it. I'm so pleased with how its going with his walks and in time when he's ready hope for him to join up with another dog or even group walk. Liz is kind, professional and has settled my mind that Jasper is safe and happy with her... he is already waiting at the door when she picks him up.  As we are going through training with our pup it was great to know I can let Liz know anything new and she will continue to use those words etc for training causing less confusion for him. Jasper is a super happy pup with his new found friend in Liz.”

“Our 8 month old kitten had her first stay at Meow Manor for 10 days. The Cattery is modern and very clean. We were worried about leaving Ruby for the first time but Karon and Molly are very friendly and really looked after her. Would use again and highly recommend.”

“Can’t thank Kirsty enough for the puppy groom she did on Daisy today . Daisy was quite anxious and hyper when we arrived and Kirsty was brilliant with her, playing and calming her . I really didn’t expect much and was worried as we hadn’t been able to take her for any familiarising grooms and she was now 6 months old . I needn’t have worried , when I picked Daisy up not only did she look and smell amazing , she kept going back to Kirsty for cuddles and with her tail wagging . Absolutely brilliant and would recommend her to absolutely everyone .”

“A very popular groomers with super friendly staff who know what they're doing. They always cut my Pomeranian exactly how I ask; I prefer his coat longer and natural rather than the traditional puffy Pom cut. The only downside is there is often a few months wait for an appointment!”

“Our Cairn Terrier had her first hand strip grooming with Mary at Dogwood Grooming and it was fantastic. She looks amazing. They took great care of our puppy and made her look stunning. Thank you!”

“We stayed one night on 7th Jan to celebrate our wedding anniversary and what a perfect experience it was. Thomas at the front desk was charming and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Colin on the front door and Angel the bellhop were both delightful and incredibly helpful, in fact all of the staff are a credit to the hotel. A very memorable and enjoyable stay and one we hope to repeat as soon as possible!”

“I am writing this review as I was disappointed to see my daughter Jasmine Wallace wrote a review but only gave 3 stars! I have been bringing my dog Tigger to VIP pooches since he was 12 weeks old, ( he is nearly 4 now) and can only say, I would never take him anywhere else. Sophie is careful with him and always settles him in before she starts as with small breeds he can be a little nervous, but on collection he is always bouncing around. He is always well looked after and cut as I request, I only allow Sophie to dog sit for him too as she spoils him rotten. A well deserved 5 stars and shame on you Jasmine”

“We stayed there whilst attending our niece's wedding. The rooms were clean snd luxurious. The staff were attentive and customer service was excellent. The staff responded promptly to questions concerning missing items. Breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive, as part of the wedding party we had our own exclusive dining area.”

“Fantastic rooms (albeit a tad cold despite climate adjustment). The staff were very attentive and brought my son cuddly toys. They have an amazing spa, incredible gym, and the breakfast was perfect (they even had a proper oat cuppucino in the inclusive breakfast which I highly recommend). Will come back!”

“I have been going to Alice's cuts dog grooming and daycare for a little while and always happy with the service we receive for our dog. when I first brought owen I was unsure how he would react but she was so calming and helpful and reassured me it would be ok. Owen always smells so fresh when he comes out and looks so smart and sometimes has an added bow on his collar (love this) highly recommend.”

“Thank you to Greenwich Hound for making my puppies very first visit to the groomer a safe, happy and positive experience. I really appreciated the time they took to allay any concerns and give me comfort that they would only do what my puppy was happy to do. When I picked him up he was happy and clean and relaxed. I really appreciated the tips they gave me for grooming for him at home in between visits with them. Will definitely be going back for regular grooming and I absolutely recommend them to anyone.”

“Unless I move further away this company has a customer for life. My dog was not exactly best behaved. Lidia understood the circumstances for why he behaved that way and kept on going for him. Only someone with a true passion for dogs could have kept up with that. Lidia varied knowledge base on dog seemed to be very impressive aswell. She was able to explain things about a double coated dog breed that even I didn't know. Thank you for an excellent service myself and my wife could not be happier.”
