My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

“A very popular groomers with super friendly staff who know what they're doing. They always cut my Pomeranian exactly how I ask; I prefer his coat longer and natural rather than the traditional puffy Pom cut. The only downside is there is often a few months wait for an appointment!”

“Katy is a lovely lady who has cut my puppy Millie (sproodle) and washed a Cocker Spaniel for me. She did a great job on the cut, Millie came out looking fabulous and was obviously very comfortable there. When we looked after someone's cocker spaniel she kindly fit us in last minute for a wash, and even took out all the matting under his belly for us. I would highly recommend going to Vanity Fur!”

“Jo is fabulous! My dog was slightly nervous as it was her first time there and we were due to have the full works (wash, trim, cut nails, clean ears). Jo met me outside with facemasks and kept socially distant which was fantastic. She listened to the history of my rescue dog and then got to work. Jo then kindly dropped my my dog back home by getting the dog in the car(!), something which the dog is a little fearful of. Even with all the possible stress factors of the experience, my dog looked so happy when she got home and kept asking Jo to stroke her! This has never happened with a groomer!! I'm so delighted with the work Jo had done on my dog and the dog still smells amazing even after a few days. The price was really reasonable too! I feel so lucky to have Itchy n Scratchy Poochie Parlour on my doorstep. I will DEFINITELY be taking my dog back again!”

“Everyone at Radlett grooming has been fantastic, Amy is very understanding of dealing with our dogs who are rescues. A one eyed West Highland Terrier and our two Street dogs from Egypt. They have not been used to even having a bath so Amy had her work cut out! We have been using Radlett grooming for many years. Our Lahsa Apso who will soon be sixteen started going there just after our Daughter did her work experience with Yvonne. Yvonne has supported us on a personal level with the rescue dogs and we have become great friends. I first met Yvonne when our westie locked herself in the car, Yvonne drove me all the way home to get the spare car keys but on our return Amy had managed to get the dog to unlock the car. “It was my dog’s first groom with Collar and Comb today having come recommended from her previous groomer who is on maternity leave. She loved it and came out looking beautiful and smelling divine! Sam was lovely and looked after her really well and I felt really comfortable leaving her there for her treatment, even though my dog is quite shy. We’ve already made our next appointment so will most definitely be going back!”
