Dulverton Lodge Cat Hotel & Pet Spa
● Closed“I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

Farm Cottage Cattery
● Closed“I know that when I leave my cats here, they are in the care of people who absolutely love cats. I know that my cats are not only fed and watered in immaculate chalets but are also stroked, brushed and given toys to comfort and play with. The owners are so friendly and will do anything to accommodate with regards to meet cats needs and arranging pickup and drop off times. Without question the best cattery there is, I wouldn't want my cats to board anywhere else. Thank you Barbara, Tina and Dan x”

Anne Nelson Vets
● Closed“I have had two dogs, both in the care of Anne Nelson Vets. Three weeks ago, my beautiful girl died. She'd always been scared about going to the vets, because of one bad experience with a man in scrubs when she was very young. She did not like it there at all (not even this one!). But one vet here, Claire, was the exception. It confused my girl so much, because she didn't like anything vet-related- it was like her gut was telling her not to like Claire, but she liked her anyway, and she couldn't figure out what was going on. My pup got really sick, and Claire was so, so, so good to her and to us humans. Claire spoke to us both kindly and honestly, there were no mixed messages or 'false hope'. I'm incredibly grateful for that. I needed the science of what was going on with my dog's body, and she gave it to me and answered all my questions fully which helped me a lot. My dogs were, and still are, my whole heart- and Claire and all the staff knew that for sure, and they all cared about them a lot too. I cannot recommend this practice enough, and I'll never be able to fully express how grateful I am, because it's so much that it's just simply impossible. Again, thank you. A thousand thank yous.”
