“Unless I move further away this company has a customer for life. My dog was not exactly best behaved. Lidia understood the circumstances for why he behaved that way and kept on going for him. Only someone with a true passion for dogs could have kept up with that. Lidia varied knowledge base on dog seemed to be very impressive aswell. She was able to explain things about a double coated dog breed that even I didn't know. Thank you for an excellent service myself and my wife could not be happier.”

“Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

Mike is so kind and patient with our dogs, Nikki is super efficient and knows all your requirements and goes out of her way to help. We have our raw food supplied by them, our dog’s walked daily and now use them for holiday house/dog sitting - Becky left our house spotless and the dogs very happy.
