“We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month. We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after. The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed. We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat! We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.”

“We took our Labradoodle, Pippa in after a quick phone consultation. We have use the same groomers in West Wickham and Beckingham since Pip was a puppy but due to a poor experience chose to try an alternative. We chose Trimdogs as so many local owners spoke so positively about their experiences. Obviously nervouse to use a new groomer but on meeting the staff I was instantly assured that Pip would be well cared for, they came across very friendly and down to earth. On further discussion it was clear that they were knowledgeable and experienced and caring - they don't harness the dogs during their cut and choose to let them 'just be' on the table. I thought this was bonkers and worried how Pip would behave but this approach clearly had a good effect. When we collected Pip she was happy, settled and equally please to see us (although clearly had bonded with her groomer and didnt know who she wanted to be petted by). The cut had surpassed out expectations, there really is a benefit to tring a different groomer - although I can see us sticking with Trimdogs for quite some time. Even if you have been with the same groomer for some time - give Trimdogs a try, even if its just to see the shop - its bonkers, they have a fake garden wall as a counter and a back garden gate for the gods to walk though - very nice attention to detale.”

“Joe and Ann where brilliant every time they where on shift so polite and got everything we ordered to the t the other people where clueless to what they actually had to do no offence the dude that thought he was a big man was to rude and arrogant and so far up his a…. I personally would highly recommend joe to be some sort of manager as he take his jobs seriously and is a top bloke”

“I have used Sarah four times now since we got our rescue chow chow Beau ! When we got him he was in a terrible state ! His fur was so knotted and he was so dirty , we were worried about getting him groomed as he was frightened and poorly , we were recommended to Sarah and omg we could not of chose anyone better and will never go anywhere else , she was so gentle and patient and got every knot out that was pulling on him , she wanted to build his confidence and protect his fur and that she certainly has ! She is amazing and can’t thank her enough ! Beaus cut today is just stunning and he looks very happy ! Just amazing person !”

“Room was a nice size, very clean and it was quiet, I slept really well. The heating was warm and the clean ensuite had a real bath! There was a fridge and microwave, perfect for me.”

“We took our two kittens to Mossdale for a few days whilst we were away in September 2021 and were delighted with the service. Cosy accommodation, and very friendly and helpful staff. The kittens were hesitant when we left them, but full of beans when we collected them so really settled in well and were obviously well looked after. Would not hesitate to use them again.”

It became her second home and she has stayed with them every time we have had a holiday or weekend away since. She loves it there and is so happy as they look after her so well. They are so flexible and always try to accommodate any situation. We moved away but still travel back to Orpington to drop her off there as it is worth it to find somewhere she loves and we trust to look after her completely.”
