“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

As before, Emma provided us with a 5 star service... she is so friendly and professional, and our cat comes home looking so calm, sleek, shiny and with a lovely goody bag! With regular contact from Emma and email pictures throughout our holiday, we were happy to see Malteser enjoying her playtime with Emma in Longcroft, using the climbing frame and snoozing in her luxury suite...”

“I had my two guinea pigs stay there,just picked them up today. It's a lovely set up there. I was able to visit and look round prior to booking which is so reassuring. Karen is caring and knows her stuff. I know my animals are in good hands whem with her and i will definately book here again when next i go away.”

“I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“If you want only the best for your furry friends, then this is the place to take them. With only 6 suites, you can be confident that your cats will be getting a lot of love and attention and this is demonstrated in the regular updates and photos that Gabriela sends. They arguably get more treats and attention while holidaying here than they do at home! One of the main reasons we first went with Longcroft Kenley was due to one of our cats needing sub-cutaneous fluids administering during their stay. Gabriela was only too happy to do so and took the time to learn the process and apply it confidently. When he had a small episode during his stay, Gabriela was calm and informative throughout, using her own initiative to manage the problem and giving me the confidence that he was in good hands, significantly reducing the stress of being away while he was unwell. In my experience (since we buy the top tier "all-inclusive" package for their stays) it works out at about twice what we would pay at a normal cattery but you are getting 5 times the service for that price and I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else now.”

“My kitten Crumble recently stayed at the Longcroft in Cole Green for his first holiday away from home. I was so apprehensive to leave him but knew the facilities and care at Longcroft were first class and I was not wrong. Ali was amazing - she took such great care of crumble and kept me updated throughout his stay with pictures of him looking so relaxed and happy. I couldn't recommend them higher!”

“Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. “This was the first time I had used Now Boarding and certainly won't be the last. Both Kate and Geoff are very friendly and care about you and your pets. The fact that Kate is a trained veterinary was very beneficial. My bunny is a house rabbit and I knew she would be ok in their heated hotel, plenty of room in her hut with a potty too. They listen to your habits you have and keep them going while your bunny stays with them. I even loved that when I messaged to ask if she was ok they were very informative with their response which put my mind at ease that she was settled ok. Thanks again for looking after my baby.”

This was her first time away from home for a long period of time, and she happily settled into her suite with no trouble at all. With constant updates and pictures, my mind was put at ease, which helped me enjoy my holiday and not worry about her. “We needed accommodation for our 8 month old kitten, Minty, at quite short notice, for a long weekend. Longcroft Norbury were able to accommodate, and Robbie was so polite and helpful from the start. We were nervous about leaving Minty in the hotel as it was her first time away and she's a little timid, but we really needn't have been. The care and attention even before she arrived, and the daily updates (detailed emails and many pictures!) from Robbie on how she was doing really put us at ease. She looked like she had a great time, and we didn't need to worry about her at all for the whole weekend. She came back relaxed, happy and smelling lovely too (am sure she probably wanted to stay longer). She left with a little goodie bag including a feather wand that's now one of her favourite toys. We wouldn't hesitate to check Minty into Longcroft again the next time we need to, or recommend it to others. Thanks Robbie!”

“Beeing away from my cat was stressful for the first few day but after I saw that Aurora is extremely friendly, trustworthy and communicative I relaxed and enjoyed my. Holiday. Plus she made the best pictures of Billiy and sending to us throughout, which we always appreciated. Also, she bought food for my picky big boy. Thanks for taking care if Billy. Highly recommended!”

Especially Mariana, whose customer service was truly world class. “Just got back from our honeymoon at hotel 41. They took very good care of us! Everyone knew our name and was always there to help right away. They genuinely care about the guest and try getting to know them. Asking how their day went and suggesting things to do. I have never stayed at a hotel like this before and will be back!”

We had a brief tour of the restaurant area and the hotel and the attention to detail displayed around the place is incredible. “Fabulous place, don't know why we haven't stayed before. Room was immaculate and large. The secondary glazing meant we couldn't hear any road noise so even though we were in the middle of the village we had a very sound night sleep. No parking on site but the station car park is about 30 seconds walk away and only 1.50 for the day so absolutely no trouble. The staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating. They have organised discounts at local places which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.”

“There was a small mishap in my reservation, but the staff was so accommodating and kind, I was never worried about my stay there. Truly a 5-star hotel in my opinion. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was amazing…luxurious, beautiful, posh. Turndown service every evening with candies left on the bed. As a woman traveling alone, they made me feel safe, welcome, and looked after. Champagne afternoon tea service was amazing!! Be prepared to eat a lot. Tea was fantastic…I miss it already. Dinner at Chenestons was ok. The food was well prepared, but the choices on the menu weren’t anything I was excited about. Cocktails in the lounge were the finest! Angelo is an amazing mixologist; incredibly creative and knowledgeable in his craft. Their smoked old fashioned is a must have. And ask Claire to make a hot toddy…you won’t be disappointed! The breakfast was equally amazing as the tea service. I had the smoked salmon scrambled eggs on toast. So delicious! The hotel is right across from Hyde Park which has numerous walking paths for a leisurely stroll after breakfast or afternoon tea. If it’s a rainy day, their doorman will set you up with one of their umbrellas. The concierge staff was very helpful and kind. One man asked for reservations for somewhere that served beef Wellington for him and his wife. The concierge called around, found a restaurant, checked on available reservations, let the guest know, and booked it for him. They'll call taxis for you, set up tours, etc. Excellent customer service!”

“My daughter & I spent 9 nights here before the beginning of her study-abroad program. We'd selected a hotel in eastern London to be closer to the Goldsmith's campus; this was lucky for us as we happened to be there during the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II (thus we were well out of the way of the crowds and closed-off streets). The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room service was fast and great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is 2 or 3 minutes from a Tube station which was very convenient. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge was about 8 minutes walking time away. Felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood and many pubs & restaurants were within 20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”
