The couple that run it know a lot about dogs, they look after them very well, exercise them and feed them, and have a lovely home and huge garden, my dog loves her time there. I can recommend this place for day care and grooming.”

She was extremely professional, always punctual & went above and beyond to make sure Neva was happy, including doing some tasks we hadn’t initially agreed (feeding etc.). “Our cats stayed at Paws for 16 days. Kathleen is a very nice and caring person. She responds fast and fulfills what we need for the cats. She's very experienced in taking care of cats. Since our cats are very nervous, she's trying different ways to make them feel more comfortable, and tried different kinds of food to stimulate their appetite. She sent us photos of them so that we can see them from time to time. Since we sent cats half way round the world, we couldn't bring cat food and cat litter traveling with us, so I asked Kathleen for help. She's so kind and helpful by sending us everything, even a cat litter tray which I didn't ask for it. Thank you very much!!! I highly recommend this cattery!!!”

“We shipped our three parrots from the US to the UK with Amber, who did a fantastic job as our customs clearing agent. She was thorough, knowledgeable and most of all kind. Bringing parrots over is very complicated and she was able to help us with many of the details that weren’t obvious to a first-timer. When a paperwork error from our vets (not Airpets’ fault!) caused the birds to stay a couple extra days at a quarantine facility, she had excellent communication with us and even advocated for our disabled bird to receive the care he needed while quarantining. I’m very grateful to Airpets, they provided us great peace of mind amongst a stressful move.”

“Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.”

“We’ve been very impressed right from our first contact with Home from Home. Martin and Emily were very responsive and thorough when dealing with our registration and first booking. They were able to find a carer who’s experienced with our breed, which was very important to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful carer! She sent us regular ‘pupdates’ and we were able to enjoy our break safe in the knowledge that our dog was having a lovely holiday too! We won’t hesitate to use the service again - very highly recommended!”

“Our dog Elmo has been in Chris's doggy day care for two years. He can be quite picky about who he trusts but Chris is his favourite person in the world and he absolutely adores her. He rushes out of the front door to see her in the mornings barely able to contain his excitement and he comes back really well exercised and snoozes through a lot of the rest of the afternoon. I don't know what we would do without her because she takes such great care of all of her dogs and gives him a really happy life. I would 100% recommend her.”

Having now stayed at Southampton, Staines and currently Heathrow North / Hounslow East. The apartments at every location have been superb, well equipped, modern, clean and spacious – you really could not ask for more. The property’s are secure and access fully supported by a reception and/or concierge to assist if necessary. Parking is available both securely and for oversized vehicles such as mine, bays are allocated in very close proximity to the apartments. The latest stay at Heathrow North / Hounslow East is yet another example of the first class standard offered both in terms of booking and accommodation provided. They have all been very centrally located, close to local supermarkets, restaurants (post lockdown) very spacious, modern, clean and the facilities within the apartment have been well thought out to ensure that your part in the process is to just turn up with your personal belongings. All necessary information is always placed at key points within the apartment to avoid constant calls in search of codes, instructions etc., and if prior instructions are required these will have been emailed over to you before you arrive. We would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and will continue to use them – I can only hope that you are as fortunate as us to have Sharon Wood as your point of contact. Absolutely fantantic”
