“Our cats stayed at Paws for 16 days. Kathleen is a very nice and caring person. She responds fast and fulfills what we need for the cats. She's very experienced in taking care of cats. Since our cats are very nervous, she's trying different ways to make them feel more comfortable, and tried different kinds of food to stimulate their appetite. She sent us photos of them so that we can see them from time to time. Since we sent cats half way round the world, we couldn't bring cat food and cat litter traveling with us, so I asked Kathleen for help. She's so kind and helpful by sending us everything, even a cat litter tray which I didn't ask for it. Thank you very much!!! I highly recommend this cattery!!!”

They were able to find a carer who’s experienced with our breed, which was very important to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful carer! She sent us regular ‘pupdates’ and we were able to enjoy our break safe in the knowledge that our dog was having a lovely holiday too! “We shipped our three parrots from the US to the UK with Amber, who did a fantastic job as our customs clearing agent. She was thorough, knowledgeable and most of all kind. Bringing parrots over is very complicated and she was able to help us with many of the details that weren’t obvious to a first-timer. When a paperwork error from our vets (not Airpets’ fault!) caused the birds to stay a couple extra days at a quarantine facility, she had excellent communication with us and even advocated for our disabled bird to receive the care he needed while quarantining. I’m very grateful to Airpets, they provided us great peace of mind amongst a stressful move.”

“I don’t think I can put into words just how fantastic Dogsaloud is and how much it means to my husband and I to have Nilly and Ron looking after our dog. We came across Dogsaloud by chance after moving to the area and it turned out to be the perfect place for Hazel. She’s been going to Nilly’s for about 3 years now and she absolutely loves it there, she pulls towards Nilly’s door when we walk past and when we drop her off she runs straight upstairs and makes herself comfy on the sofa, not one look back. It’s much more than a boarding place, it has become a second home for Hazel. We love it that she spends her time in a house in the company of people and other dogs and not isolated in a kennel; she goes for nice, long walks, and in fact we found out about a lot of great walking places from Nilly; she’s well looked after and she’s even allowed to sleep in bed UNDER THE COVERS, just like she does at home. Nilly’s been absolutely brilliant from the beginning, very accommodating and very flexible, which is great for two disorganized people like us. She’s helped us out in many, many ways, even taking Hazel to the vet for us when she got injured just before we started work. We really couldn’t ask for anything more, Dogsaloud is excellent!!!”
