“I booked a flight for 4 of us (2 adults 2kids) from London to Dubai to visit friends for the end of 2021 when I had thought we’d be in a good place with COVID. However, Dubai was moved to red and things were looking far from straightforward. Anyway, I phoned My round trips in may 2021 to see if I could cancel my flights, then rebook when the whole situation was clearer. I didn’t want to risk travelling with 2 small children, and certainly didn’t want to faff around with tests, quarantine etc. My round trips first offered me a voucher but I requested a refund. They confirmed quite quickly that that would be fine. I was told to call back in 6 weeks to claim it.I read a few reviews about My round trips so was feeling very skeptical that firstly I would actually get my money back, secondly that there would be a lengthy delay, or thirdly that I may be charged a whopping admin fee. However, much to my surprise I called back and was told to expect the money in 5-10 working days. Then 4 days later I received the refund in full. I am grateful to My round trips for helping us out so swiftly. I will definitely be booking with them again once the global situation stabilizes. Thanks again!”

The classrooms are always set up so nicely that my son can’t wait to go and play every morning! It’s always clean. Any issues I’ve had have been sorted out promptly by the management! I had a nightmare for years with absolutely atrocious London GPs, with my last one (King Edwards Medical Centre) leaving me feeling completely unsafe health wise, while it was quite a way away from me I decided to give Abbey medical Centre a go. In about two weeks with them I've received better support than I had in two years from my previous GP, physicals booked, appointments sorted fairly quickly, referrals around long-running health issues booked etc Genuinely blown away, but how much this feels like the NHS a few years ago for the massive drop in quality/capacity.”

“Once you know the system with uk drs surgery phoning at 8am or online booking and ordering prescription online which is a bit tricky at first, the Dr or clinician will always phone me and receptionist if any problems So I can't complain. Everywhere is harder now, coming out of covid so just have to get use to the change.”
