“I have been seeing Rachel Worall for Invisalign work and she has been to say the least, amazing! She has been on top of all my appointments during covid lockdown with minimal waiting time to be seen and managing to squeeze me in last minute when emergency work on my teeth comes up. She has been thorough and patient with me and I feel as though she has really taken care and time to make sure I am happy with my teeth. “I’ve been invited by Dr. Anita Selva to do a short tour of the Sevenoaks dental and wellbeing practice. First image of the business is the outside building and how easy can be observed by people which pass through the street , the cabinet is placed on the street and can easily be accessed by people.Outside of the building close to main entrace the building can provide 5-6 sit park car .From the entrance I was able to see the policies and procedures, regulations up-to-date exposed on the waiting area walls , which can reflect easily the importance of patients. The staff experience and the welcome attitude will make the patients feel more comfortable with the treatment. The building have 3 surgeries room with brand new technology, with all the equipment sterilised, an x-ray room where is marked with signs for safety of patients.”

We was so grateful that Abigails footprints gave us 6 free sessions with a Counceller who is a specialist in baby loss. I found the sessions helpful in discussing each chapter from the birth, to seeing our baby afterwards, then his funeral through to seeing the consultant too. I found myself looking forward to the next councelling session with Naomi and I knew I only needed to get through the next week before my next session. I found it comforting doing the sessions with my partner it gave us both something to relate to and we would be able to help each other better when thinking about our baby or talking about him. I felt safe in expressing how I felt and it helped me through the stages of grief. Naomi helped me mostly with guilt, she is a good listener who helps you explore where the feelings come from. The receptionists can never do enough for me and are always so helpful. But you cannot please everyone and I think those people must be very hard to please or woke on the wrong side of the bed!!”

“From travel vaccinations to routine appointments I’ve visited the practice on several occasions over the last few months and can only say the experience has been excellent. Antonella and Jane are warm, friendly and very efficient, can usually get an appointment within 10 days for non-urgent or same day if urgent. Maybe things were better in a mythical past but hard pressed to find a GP surgery offering much better at present when stretched. Have had very good telephone appointments that were on time for things that don’t need to be seen in person and effective, on time in-person appointments. I’d read the reviews before moving into the area and St. John’s was one of the few places accepting patients, naturally was a bit concerned. The reality is on recent experience, this is a very good GP practice where you CAN get an appointment. Unrealistic expectations of a stretched service do not provide a representative view of the practice.”
