“Where to start… I reached out to Liam at Lawton in desperation, and it was the best decision I made. My original financial advisor was slow, unwilling and clearly lacked the skills needed to progress my mortgage application - it was appalling. When I sent an enquiry to Liam, he called me back almost immediately. I explained I had been waiting 2 weeks for my advisor to review my documents and apply for my mortgage. Liam assured me he could get it done within 48 hours, but in fact he managed to submit it the same day!! I then had my offer within two weeks. He kept me informed on every step of the application so I knew where we were - he was fantastic. As I had a related sale, the solicitor I had was not progressing the sale.
