I have then struggled to find a specialist that would carry out a heart scan. I have been looking to find a specialist who could assist me and I have been emailing Best Friends Group and Amanda has followed up with me several times and called me to help me find a specialist. “I have been a patient at Tulasi Medical surgery for the past 12 years and I have always managed to get an appointment when I call in. The doctors have been amazing. They always offer an empathetic ear and usually give out great medical advice. They have been fantastic even during Covid and afterwards. The doctors listen carefully and sometimes pick up on things we don't even think of. they are encouraging and supportive and there are a variety of doctors to choose from. The nurse has also been great especially to my mum who is diabetic. We get seen immediately at or slightly after our appointment times. There are no long waits.We also knew the old senior Doctor Goriparthi and I am happy to see how his son Mr Ravi Goriparthi has expanded the practice.”

“I was a bit dubious of booking my appointment here after the reviews. But its my local, I don't drive and have a newborn baby so...... I booked online the Monday afternoon and got an appointment for Tuesday morning, next day. I got there just before 10am and was out of there by 10:10am. There was 4 people in front of me. Very nice, friendly Phlebotomist.”
