“I had a wonderful experience at The Chapel this afternoon. As a salon rookie I did lots of research before booking and had read excellent reviews online and articles about The Chapel and felt like it would be the best salon for me. I really enjoyed the experience as everyone was really welcoming from Sarah who greeted me to Sasha who did my hair today. I felt really pampered and cared for with the excellent customer service and beverages to the consultation I had before my haircut. Sasha did a fantastic job and I will be returning in the future. If you are looking for a professional and luxury hairdressing experience with a caring touch then I feel like you will love The Chapel.”

So I was pleasantly surprised when the sales assistant took time to understand my needs (I didn't even realise I had needs, but I do now) and sold me a sensible, reasonably-priced pair of trainers that do exactly what I want. He was clearly expert but wasn't showing off, just really helpful. A really good experience all round.”

I absolutely loved the end result and was so happy with them on my wedding day. It was my first time having them done and will definitely be a regular customer of Kacy's and her beautiful salon. Most recently I had my hair done by Jazz and she gave me Hollywood curls to finish, which stayed in for 2 days - unheard of with my fine hair. Overall just a lovely independent salon.”

The staff really care about what you want and that you are happy with your tattoo. All 3 of my tattoos look amazing and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality pieces. For a shop-a-phobe that is saying a lot! The quality of clothes, especially the shop's own label linen/wool jacked made in Scotland, is superb. We'll definitely be returning soon.”
