She listened to my concerns patiently, never dismissed my concerns (even if they seemed silly), and provided professional advice and service. Her dental practice is conveniently located at the heart of Wimbledon (right next to the tube), the place itself is clean and spacious, and her team is equally as friendly and professional. Colin has been exceptionally thorough in his investigations and completely put my mind at ease. He is excellent at listening to patient concerns, explaining why they might be experiencing issues and identifying solutions. Colin has shown great care and compassion throughout my investigation and the issues I experienced. He is in general much more knowledgable than any other dentist I have been to. Having had a temporary root canal filling just before Covid and lockdown struck, I was left with a front tooth that had died and become grey. He has a conservative approach; with his flair, he tries his best in ensuring you have healthy teeth and the best smile. Lately, he manage to fit my five old for a late-night emergency appointment, which shows Dr Hashmi goes the extra mile for his patients. He did a filling on two teeth considering my little one is 5. They fitted me in when I could be available and Aled's methodical work process gave me instant confidence he was doing the best job possible so I could try and relax and let him do the 2 x 2hr sessions needed. I might not have needed as much work had I gone for a check up sooner so moral of the story (and of course probably common sense) is go when you dont think you need it rather than wait till you know you do!
