They have been absolutely brilliant and reliable and Betty has loved going out with them. Through the early socialisation with other dogs, she's extremely playful and loves running around with her doggy friends. Kelly and co have also offered us lots of valuable advice regarding her training. “I used this dog boarding service when we went on holiday back in February. My puppy German shepherd was 3 months old then and I was anxious how he would be around anyone other than us. He also suffered from separation anxiety. We made Lauren aware of our concerns and also wanted some lead training done whilst he stayed there. Togo loved his first stay and learnt a lot and we also were sent picture and videos of how he was doing. Since then Togo has stayed on a number of occasions for 2-3 days at a time and I know if I make a call for advice I’ll be given correct information too.Togo is now 7 months and is always happy to stay with Lauren. It’s like he has a second set of parents and to know they are fully insured and have the correct training means I can rest assured that Togo is safe and well looked after.”

A comprehensive meet and greet before our holiday allowed us to completely relax in the knowledge our cat and home would be looked after professionally and with care. Angela looked after our cat for 10 days, with twice daily visits. We had photo updates via WhatsApp everyday and Angela returned our keys personally the day after we arrived home. “Calling all paws is simply brilliant! Frankie is the best groomer and has a lovely way with my dog who hates to be separated from me. She offers lots of extras like mud bath, teeth cleaning etc. I simply wouldn't want to go anywhere else, my shih tzu always looks fantastic and he has very sensitive skin and ears which have never been sore after. I would recommend this groomer 100 percent , the salon is spotlessly clean and Covid secure.”
