South Norwood Primary School
“Love this school, hidden away in a residential area, you are welcomed by an old, huge building but it is not intimidating. The school is friendly and nurturing, like when I went to school. It is not like these academies that focus on results and not the children's wellbeing. The staff are friendly and my children made fabulous progress here! Dont just read ofsted reports, go and visit a school and talk to the people who work there day in and day out!”
Regina Coeli Catholic Primary School, Croydon
“I am a student here in yr 5 I highly recommend you send your kids here the opportunities are great nice friendly teachers . When my mum came here to look at the school she asked the yr6 " what is the worst thing about the school " , " it doesn't have a secondary one . That is my fab review”
St Peter's Primary School, South Croydon
“I will miss this school terribly after leaving it this year... It's really really lovely!”
Woodlands Children’s Centre
“Great children's centre. My favourite. It has a sensory room and soft play. It is open every day, different activities. Check beforehand to avoid disappointment. It gets full so be on time.”
Little Apples Day Nursery
“My son joined Little Apples at 14 months old and quickly settled in, largely down to the friendly and caring staff. Each morning we are greeted with a warm smile and each afternoon at pick up we are told what he did that day and what his response was to that activity. Throughout the day we can see what he is up to using the Blossoms app, where his general progress is recorded and well as developmental milestone tracking and praise. We genuinely feel relaxed when our son is at Little Apples and therefore made the easy decision to enrol our youngest child there too (he starts in a few months). We feel very lucky to have found such a great nursery for our boys; knowing we can go to work and have peace of mind that they are having fun, learning and kept safe.”
Gresham Primary School
“A great school that I attended 1960 - 1965. Teachers I remember Mr Rees, Mrs.fisher, Mrs. Coles all very strict but good.”
Atwood Primary Academy
“Amazing school with dedicated and caring staff AND its own radio station... watch out Capital radio!”
