“I've been having my eyelashes done by Jade for many months now. She is very gentle, attentive and really cares about her end product. My natural lashes when I first approached her were very damaged but she was careful to cover this for me with the extensions without causing any further breakage and my natural lashes are now full underneath the extensions. It is always a pleasure to see her and I look forward to my appointments”

“I visited this nail shop yesterday for the first time. It was such a lovely experience. On arrival, I was offered a hot drink which they even made again after I’d let it go cold. I had a full pedicure with gel polish and and a soak off a full set. The nail technician assigned to me was a vent named Kevin who is such an amazing artist. He wiped off and redid the nail design I wanted until I was 100% happy and spent ages trying to find the perfect nude for my skin tone. This is definitely not a ‘one size fits all’ salon, I could tell from how long Kevin and I spent choosing my base colour and how welcoming they were when an older gentleman came in to do a pedicure. I felt totally comfortable and got a super detailed and dramatic set not to mention feet baby soft x Definitely my new nail shop x The manager was so lovely as well she basically created a design from her mind and explained it to Kevin Overall perfect experience !”

Great job on hands and feet for express gel mani/pedi. The massage chairs are a superb touch . They have very good price compared to other salon nearby.I will definitely go back. Katie at K9 has been an absolute star, especially since Dylan has been in poor health over recent months. I feel like he is with someone who genuinely cares about him and Katie's flexibility in looking after him has meant I can go to work reassured that he is being looked after properly- a real weight off my mind. “I would highly recommend! This is my first experience of Botox. I’ve always been nervous of getting it done, but Paul could not have put me more at ease. When I arrived, Paul gave me an in-depth consultation and explained exactly what was going to be done - this was great, as it gave me a better understanding of the muscles it will be effecting and how it worked. The facilities were extremely clean and he made me feel very comfortable. The procedure itself only took 5 minutes and was completely pain free. I left there with no marks or swelling. Paul also gave me after care advice and checked up on me the following day. Excellent service! Couldn’t have asked for more. I will definitely be going back!”

Louise however was amazing and completely reassuring about looking after her, our cat probably received better care than being at home with us. The cat hotel is beautiful and very peaceful and after a stressful few days before our holiday we were able to go away with complete confidence that our little fur baby was being taken care off.
