I had a broken nail underneath a long acrylic and the lady that helped me did the best she could to ensure that she could remove the nail to the best of her abilities trying not to cause discomfort and to give my nail the best chance as it cracked half way through my nail bed. Thank you so much! First time coming here and will definitely be returning.”

Then I found Alessio through an Italian influencer who gets her hair coloured in the most amazing shades of pink, and I had to give it another shot! I've been to Kensington Hair Boutique a couple of times now, and each time it's been such a great experience: both Alessio and Federico are really amazing at making you feel relaxed and at home! Alessio is a real artist when it comes to balayage and gave my hair (black Asian hair) these beautiful warm caramel, sun-kissed shades! He's now my go-to hairdresser in London, and I cannot recommend him enough!”

“I had a great manicure with Nat yesterday. I was able to park downstairs before she escorted me up to her flat. Her set up is great, very professional (what i would expect in a salon), clean and a huge selection of colours, glitters and powders to choose from! I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted and had lots of different photos but Nat was very patient and helped me choose. We ended up going for something completely different and fun - hand painted leopard print nails! Overall my experience was great, Nat walked me through the aftercare before I went home so I can ensure my mani looks it's best for as long as possible. Now I just need to decide what to do next!”

“Today I had a wash, cut and a keratin treatment with Sanjeev - it was my very first keratin treatment and Sanjeev did a great job explaining to me the procedure, benefits and aftercare. Sanjeev was very careful, patient and put real effort into my hair which was highly appreciated. I'm really pleased with my treatment and the overall experience. You don't get that level of personal attention when you go to the big chains.”

“I've been getting my hair, nails and eyelash extensions here for a while now and haven't been let down. They girls know what they're doing. Sometimes manners may not be visable and could come across rude but that's not intended. Offered coffee, tea and water. Eye lashes are amazing, almost 3 weeks and they still looked good. Hair, never been let down. Nails, great ideas with great products used. This salon constantly uses good products and take their time to make sure it's done as expected and worth your money. Give it a go!!”

“Been going here for years and absolutely love getting my nails done here. Thi & Nancy are amazing and they know exactly what we like without having to even discuss colours. Great friendly place and not overpriced. Would highly recommend the salon. Definitely book in as they're always busy so although they take walk ins it'd be a long wait. They offer beauty salon treatments in the back as well. Always great experience to get mine and my best friends nails done here. Variety of colors is amazing and so many to choose from.”

“I contacted Raquel about giving my Persian cat a trim as he had quite bad matting around his tummy and under his legs and wouldn't let me tend to them. Raquel responded within 10 minutes and was very helpful offering me an appointment for the following day (Sunday) which was great. Raquel advised that she is a vet with many years experience which was a great comfort as I love my cat dearly and would only want an absolute professional to deal with the groom as it is so easy to hurt a cat with clippers. Upon arrival Raquel first offered me a lovely cup of tea then she proceeded to clip the nails on the cat followed by a hair cut (Lion cut) and it was clear to see that Raquel was definitely no novice and my cat showed absolutely no signs of distress. After finishing the trim he was then bathed and blow dried. I was amazed at the price Raquel quoted for the service she provided which was less than half of all other quotes I received for the same service.”
