“Beautiful location . Useful off street parking in front of house. Within reasonable walking distance from vibrant high street and Surbiton station. Large house with tastefull interior decor. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely large rear garden, with view from breakfast room. Excellent breakfast buffet with thoughtful variety of healthy eating options. Best full English breakfast we've ever had and well presented. Our hosts were quiet, friendly and helpful. A delightful stay.”

We spent time speaking with the owners, and they have been there 34years and you can tell they are still as passionate now as they were when they first opened. “During our relocation back to the UK, we stayed at Lion Gate Mews for 2 months. Was meant to just be for a month, but we ended up extending for an extra month due to some personal circumstances. I really can't remember how I stumbled on this gem of a serviced apartment, but we were looking for a self catering apartment where we could cook since we had to go into quarantine upon arrival. Upon arrival, Mark arranged everything we needed and upgraded our room to the next category as he knew we had to quarantine and the room we booked might have been small. Everything from service, to the cooking utensils, to the washing machine (downstairs) to all the gadgets was in perfect working condition. The rooms were very spacious with nice beddings and bath amenities. Cleaning was done once a week and oh my ..you can't go wrong with the location. The location of this place is Spot on.. Right by the the entrance of Bushy Park & Hampton Court Palace and 5 minute bus to Kingston High Street, you really cannot go wrong.. A BIG thanks to Mark and his team for making us feel at home during the last few weeks and we will be sure to refer all our friends who visit London looking for a perfect serviced apartment close to Hampton Court Palace.”
