“This is an easy review to leave because everything was EXCELLENT! I dealt with Albany Appliance Centre by placing the order over the phone and dealt with Tina who was brilliant. Tina had good product knowledge and her advice was much appreciated. Communication was very good and all the order paperwork was emailed to me promptly. Delivery happened as arranged without delay with a telephone call when the crew were on their way. The delivery crew were really pleasant and helpful so I will definitely be recommending Albany Appliance Centre to my friends and family. “My hotpoint washing machine packed up on the Friday. The bearings had gone and there not replaceable. So was advised to get a replacement. I rang Saturday morning and they had a decent replacement in the shop for a very reasonable price. I had it delivered and the old one taken away that afternoon. Super customer service a 12 months warranty and the guys were just so helpful and really did go the extra mile. I really do highly recommend these guys If your looking for refurbished appliances or even need an appliance fixed. Really good and reasonable.”

“Amazingly good pizza, which has been unusually consistent over many visits and deliveries. The manager / occasional pizzaiolo is charming, friendly and highly-skilled. The dining in experience could be a little bit more relaxing with some calmer/quieter music, but that's just a matter of personal taste, really. It's a great addition to the area!”

“The restaurant says on the door that you're in for the best pizza in London. Very big claim that you see every now and then and usually cannot be far from reality. But this place? If this is not the best pizza, it's definitely very strong competitor. Everything we had tasted incredible, their tomato base is so good that you really don't need nothing else on pizza (although they have a very good selection, even for vegans). Staff is very friendly and looking after you. Maybe one tiny bit, would be nice if there were some vegan/dairy free deserts other than sorbets.”

Perfetto Pizza crafts beautiful examples of all Italian cuisine. All is served in a humble, bohemian beach house that is bright and modernly decorated. Service is fast, attentive and helpful. The food is presented artfully and tastes superb. I loved the relaxed environment; great value, no none sense quality Italian food.”

“We went for a Sunday brunch to this amazing place. Best Indian food so far in London. Authentic, fresh and light. Definite recommend. The service was impeccable. The waiter and usher were kind and professional. We were the only customers but saw quite a few people ordering take outs. My favorite was the Paneer Butter Masala and the garlic naan. Haven’t had Peshawari naan this good in a long time. Okra fries were truly a delight. The tandoori flowers is underwhelming though. Will definitely visit again.”

“I bumped into this stall at covent garden a few days ago, and I was absolutely amazed by their “naan sense set”! I chose mix and match of chicken & paneer, and IT MADE MY DAY. This is one of the best dishes I ever had in London. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the curry even had joyful crispy texture, well matched with the sweetness of pomegranate. The set comes with saffron rice, naan, and vegetables. And it costed only £10! I’m sure I’ll come back often. The owner was super nice too! My favorite!”

“As an experienced diner who regularly eats at Al la Carte restaurants every Saturday evening I was lucky to come across Giacomos when searching for somewhere different to try. Crisp white linen table cloths were greatly appreciated as so many restaurants think it is trendy to eat from formica tables despite claiming to be high end. Since our first visit during which we could not fault a single thing we immediately booked to come back within the next two weeks. The staff are friendly and attentive, but not intrusive, and the food is good quality beautifully cooked. At the time there was a small party celebrating a birthday who were all enjoying themselves and from an onlooker received excellent service throughout right down to the end of their meal when they were served champagne. This week we discussed how lovely the lighting is, not too bright but a warm glow. I have eaten every variety of meat they have on the menu. The liver, veal. steak and lamb were all cooked to perfection. It is also nice to see people made an effort in the way they dressed which not only showed respect for the restaurant but for other diners. Who wants to see workman's jeans when you have dressed suitably for a lovely evening meal in stylish surroundings, keep them for the burger bar. .”

“Once again we have bought an appliance from van Haaren. We have been using them since the early 80’s. We always shop round before we buy but they are always competitive and they have the appliances in stock. Not like the large high street retailers who take your order and then make you wait for a week or more for delivery. Our fridge freezer died on Boxing Day and it was full of food so a replacement was needed urgently. We need a larger than average model and they are not easily available but once again van Haaren had what we wanted and it was in stock. We ordered our new fridge freezer from van Haaren at 9.10am on 27th December. As we were going out for the day we arranged delivery for when we returned at 4.30 on the same day. The delivery arrived at exactly 4.30 as arranged. The delivery men were polite, pleasant and very friendly and they took away our old appliance Problem solved. Van Haaren really do have the now rare attitude of “The customer comes first.” Excellent service and a pleasure to spend your money with.”
