“Stayed here for a funeral. We had travelled from Devon. The location was great, staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I did find was a stain on the bed runner and cobwebs in several places in the room. It is attached to a lovely pub where we went in the evening for a couple of drinks.”

Ordered the blazer to be embroidered and received a call the same day that it was ready to collect! Amazing service and such a lovely, helpful lady!”

“We went to this lovely lovey family owned and run restaurant for my mother’s birthday. The food was so tasty and the service was excellent. The food came so quickly and the staff put so much effort into each of the tables- making a specific effort for each party. Their prices are really reasonable and the food is to die for with brilliant portion sizes. They also made a big effort for birthdays and got the music going as we were one of the last tables still there and made us laugh!! My brother speaks broken Italian and they spoke back and helped him with some of the words like spoon! Can’t recommend enough and we will definitely be going back again.”

“This beautiful little cafe on the river also does day boat hire is in the perfect location. The breakfast rolls coffee and froze are lovely as are the brownies! We hired a day boat for two hours to celebrate our dads birthday we also had three dogs! It made his birthday the hand over and instructions on how to handle the boat and the rules of the river were really good. I highly recommend both the cafe and the day boat hire. Thank you”

“A lovely quaint place with a nice forest and plenty of pleasant walks to go on. In the hills there are a multitude of bike tracks to explore and there is easy road access and some parking.the green is sometimes used for cricket so do be careful where you are wandering. Overall a well kept place with stunning views and a few lovely lakes to compliment it. Unfortunately there are not any toilets on site but garsons farm ( just down the road) has some”

“Visited the Barley Mow pub in Hersham for the first time on Friday the 13th and had a absolutely wonderful lunch there. We were given a warm welcome by a member of staff and she looked after us very well indeed. A wonderful choice of beers, and a great menu, the food was excellent of course. We did have trouble getting in touch with them, so we took pot luck and just turned up. But the pub is very spacious and there was plenty of room. May we pass on our thanks to the lady who looked after us, and to the pub as well. From Ray,Rosemary, and our dog Susie Table 19 @12 noon on Friday the 13th January.”

“We had my mum's wake at the Weir. My mum had lived in Walton near the Thames for most of her life and it seemed appropriate. I am so pleased we chose the Weir, the staff were excellent, very organised and attentive. I was very impressed, buffet was excellent and it made a difficult occasion much easier. “My daughter started at Lilliput's aged 11months - 4yrs. I am so incredibly happy we chose Lilliput's, the staff are fantastic and facilities are excellent. I have never seen a happier group of kids and they adore all the teachers. COVID was challenging for everyone, but not only did Lilliput's not charge for the time they were closed (lots of other nurseries in the area did). They also didn't have one case of COVID in the 14 months we were there. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“This youth club is a great place for children to come if they want a fun place to hang out. They have alot of activities for pool, table tennis, Table football and a music room. On top of that they have a a little store that you can buy drinks, crisps and sweets from. Hygiene wise its really nice and I would recommend letting your child come here.”

“My daughter has attended Little Limes for the last 2 and a half years and she adores going there, the staff are warm and nurturing and go out of their way to support the children and their families. Being a smaller nursery means that the children and adults really know each other well, it’s like an extended family for my daughter. Her development from being there has been fantastic and it’s great to get a daily update and photos of what she has been up to through the Eylog Parent app. They also have a lovely, large outside space which the children make full use of! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Little Limes to other parents.”
