She listened to my concerns patiently, never dismissed my concerns (even if they seemed silly), and provided professional advice and service. She is very assuring and I had never had such a wonderful experience going to a dentist appointment. Her dental practice is conveniently located at the heart of Wimbledon (right next to the tube), the place itself is clean and spacious, and her team is equally as friendly and professional.
