“We went to the store yesterday to buy a tank and various essentials/accessories to prepare for my daughters first small pet fish. They had a great variety of products including lots of well-known character ornaments to put into the tank. The staff in aquatics were very helpful and ensured we got everything set up correctly for the fish we planned to buy the following day. Very informative and friendly. Today we took our daughter to choose the fish. The staff member, Matt, served us and he was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. He went out of his way to choose specific fish for her so she could tell the difference between them and was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for making my daughters day! Went back a week later to get more fish and two shrimp. This time served by another gentleman with brown hair. He was really helpful and amazing at his job. Very informative about every aspect of the shrimp and fish. Thank you again for your help!”

Had the best help from John who pumped up all car tyres, added oil, checked wipers, topped up coolant, wiper fluid and anti freeze etc! Milo at the desk was very helpful with registration for the premium club and processing my discount and payment. I will also be getting a ‘free’ MOT in the near future via Halfords using my premium club subscription . All in all great customer service. Thank you Halfords.”

“I took my car in for a puncture repair, as the nearside rear tyre kept on going down and wouldn't hold air for more than a day at the most. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful, and I was told that I could bring my car in straightaway. I subsequently took the car down to the garage, where they removed a rather long screw from the tyre that I was told had gone in diagonally. I was half expecting them to tell me that it couldn't be repaired and that I'd need a replacement tyre but as it turned out they were able to repair the tyre and only charged me £20 for the job. Based on my own experience I would thoroughly recommend this garage.”

“Fantastic Korean food shop. Massive assortment of original Koren food, vegetables, fresh (live) and frozen sea food. Number of ingredients are incredible. Whenever I come for shopping there is always avaliable space in car park at front (weekends).”

“Yummy rice cake. Nice corn and corn silk tea. Japanese green rea powder was useful to make green tea moon cakes for us. Nice big Avocado and fresh Chinese leaves. Nice cooking ingredients. A lots of interesting Asian snacks even some are vegan and gluten free.”

“With the addition of self checkout. This is one of the best places to shop for groceries and special buys (you are bound to find some hidden gems). Their quality is exceptionally good. Hard to believe they are cheaper than most supermarkets”

“Over 50 years our pharmacy; consistently helpful. Back in 2001 I was put on umpteen pills as a result of a stroke; I recall being panic stricken that the shape and colour of a tablet had been changed. Griffith's calmed my worries. In 2007 my then wife, Pam, was terminally ill and on 28 separate meds, they suggested with the District Nurse, that both she and me as frantic carer wnt on to dossette boxes (also known as Blister Packs). In 2016 I married again, and with Alix came an introduction to dossette boxes with larger compartments to hold the pills. I asked if I could have the larger size too, as Ipainful fingers found those I'd been getting fiddly to dish out my pills from. Not a problem. Today they called me today to fetch back iAlix's dossette boxes to fulfill an increase in strength of a tablet. Then called me again to say they were ready, and also that a replacement batch for the one damaged in an incident had been souced. Frankly I don't know how they do it, doling out all those myriad shapes colours and sized pills! When I drop some of ours, it's a major crisis. Then the Doctor decides to send them prescriptions for several weeks at a time! 8 weeks is the most we've had - I can't even imagine the number of tablets that are involved for them to dispense. week after week. And then they are still coping with Covid! Our thanks and praise, kind Griffith's people!”

Self service booths on right hand side with device to detach security tags. Had to visit store after ordering online order, only to find one item had security tag which had not been removed, prior to delivering to me (photo included).”

“Type of customer: morning coffee and dash to the station. The staff are great, very friendly, fast and always have made a delicious coffee, never burnt. I’ve yet to sit down and try food but the coffee is spot on every morning! Thanks ladies!!”
