“Efficient friendly service and cost effective too. Jobs done: 1) old leaky kitchen sink tap changed 2) loosen a stuck stop cork Romaine was on-time and friendly. He was so helpful and even showed us the external water stop in case of an emergency + explained that we needed to reduce the water pressure as it was straining the old pipework. Would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use Allen & Co again”

“Gave Gavin some challenging body kit parts to repaint after years of poor cover ups and damage. I’m very impressed with the completed parts I have back so far and they look brand new to me. Gavin takes time to explain the process needed for the best finish and plenty of updates over WhatsApp with photos of each stage. If you want a proper job with friendly service then this is the place to go. Nice to see someone take pride in a job these days.”

“Just been here for a walk in booster jab. Whole process took approx 30mins including 10 minute sit down after jab (Moderna). I phoned ahead to make sure clinic was running and was advised that queuing could be up to 2 hours as booked appts have priority. However I was told pm was quieter. Well done to all involved, fast friendly and efficient. Well done for all the hard work, the nhs app doesn't find you on the postcode search and I'm guessing with the word out there you are probably servicing most of Kent! “Our dog has been a regular boarder with Caroline for about 4 years, when we go on holiday, and Caroline has also visited our cat at our home. Our dog is treated like royalty every time (even gets Christmas dinners and presents!) and has lovely long walks and loads of attention. We've always felt very comfortable to leave our keys with Caroline and would not hesitate to recommend her for any pet sitting, visiting, walking and boarding. Caroline regularly updates us and sends photos and videos during the pets' time in her care, which is lovely as you get to see how well your pet is being cared for.”

The staff are always friendly and professional and my car has had no major problems since it has been serviced here. They get it through the MOT year after year and I am usually presently surprised by the size of the bill. So I am paying less now than I used to and the car is running better and more reliably than before. Service is quick and friendly too so I really can't fault this place.”
