I scheduled a consult with Patrick to see if it could be fixed (I honestly wasn't sure it could be salvaged) and then followed up with an appointment a few days later. The boat is good value and very comfortable with a bar and loos. Staff are very friendly and efficient. We walked back to Teddington lock along the Thames Path- about 15 minutes and stopped for a pint before getting the bus home. A great trip.”
