From a human perspective, Nini is kind, friendly and so easy to work with. She has helped us out with very little notice on multiple occasions. Since walking with Nini, our dog is better off lead and better socialised with other dogs. She's also looked after him for short weekends away and long holidays, sending us loads of videos so we knew he was doing well. We always felt confident that he was well looked after in her care. She could see how stressed I was and she offered to ring my doctor for me to sort my issues out and the next day the gentleman working in there called me with an update. They went above and beyond to help me. Staff are always very friendly in here. I usually call first to make sure that my prescription is ready. It is a very popular and busy pharmacy so I would suggest arriving in good time before closing so that you get served. I was once in line when a customer had been told by their doctor that if they popped in they would be given their prescription on the day. Unfortunately for the customer this was not possible as it was right before closing time so I would suggest always calling them before hand even if your GP has said to just pop in.”
