Toddle-Inn Day Nursery
● Closed“My son started at Toddle Inn when he was 10 months old and has just left to start his school journey. He's had a great start with Toddle Inn and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks. Every contact I have had with the staff has been positive it’s a very warm welcoming nursery and everyone who works there is friendly and positive. Every member of staff takes time to get to know every child and from day one it was like leaving my son with a family member not at nursery. Thank you Toddle Inn it’s been a great experience and I hope you can continue providing the service you do for many years to come.”

Step By Step Nursery
● Closed“My son attended this nursery and now is in primary school, and my daughter has been going since she was 3 months old,and she now is 15months old. The nursery staff are caring and offer the children a stable place to learn and explore. They have many activities including football and basketball for the older kids, which is embedded with helping the children develop new skills. Messy play and lots of garden time which my kids love. The staff are loving, caring, and honest, they will tell you actually he has not eaten well today, or he has not been herself today, is everything okay ? If you have a problem they will try and help you as much as possible to meet your child's needs and to help you as a parent by giving you advice. My son was and still is a fussy eater at home, but at SBS nursery he would eat and try new things because the staff would encourage him to try it and say if you don't like it, fine but at least you tried, this helped me at home to be able to introduce new foods to him rolling there tactics. My daughter has developed so well at SBS, she is confident, outgoing, and eats well, this was down to the staff helping her with her development and their interaction. So many people comment on her confidence, this was because she was supported and loved by SBS since she was a small baby. She does not cry when I leave her. Overall a great nursery and staff are happy and welcoming. It's lovely to see my kids happy. I trust them dearly and they never let me down. All the staff are lovely. FINALLY they have great prices, and offer different hours which help save the cost. You won't go wrong!”

Kingswood Daycare Nursery
● Closed“This nursery is truly formidable in it's childcare service. The activities they provide for all age ranges are fun, educational and diverse. My 4 and 3 year old have attended from the age of 1 and are continually flourishing. They've attended farm trips, excursion to The London Aquarium, parent/child, sports and crafts day, as well as multi sports sessions with a trained coach. These extra activities are well organised and planned (I've volunteered a few times and seen it for myself). I've worked in childcare and would highly recommend Kingswood. I believe it's an outstanding nursery providing excellent value. The staff are friendly, supportive, engaging and commited to childrens development, as I can see they've well prepared my eldest for primary school learning and structure.”

Comet Nursery School & Children's Centre
● Closed“In my experience: an extraordinary centre, doing extraordinary things. Our local community is a true social mix , which brings many challenges, and Comet supports every child and its family with great skill. My daughter benefited enormously from the award-winning Pupil Premium care, and we will treasure her special book, painstakingly made by the teachers for every child, for ever. The headteacher is firm, but always fair; the office is run with organisational brilliance, and the teaching and support team work wonders. I would recommend Comet without hesitation.”

Riverside Nursery Schools, Grosvenor House Twickenham (Holly Road)
● Closed“We have had such a positive experience with this nursery I thought it deserved sharing. Our 1 year old started a few months ago and the staff have just gone above and beyond in their care. The Manager Lizzie answered every question we could possibly have without hesitation on our first meeting. Walking around on a tour you can see that she knows every child in each class and they run up to her to say hello. Since starting she has spent one on one time with our child playing football and knows every detail of his day when we see her. How she finds the time to go to this level of detail while managing everything I have no idea! Gemma who supports her is the same and alongside our key workers Lauren and Faith they have helped make the transition so smooth and really tailored their care for our child. (Accommodating our nap times/baby lead weaning/suggesting where to bring personal toys or comforters from home etc). Each morning they take onboard any requests we have and every evening they give us a full de-brief of his day. They also offered courtesy calls throughout the day if we had any worries or needed reassurance after he had been unwell at the weekend. While we haven't met the other staff in person they seem to know our son and regularly wave if we see them out on walks on days when he is not in nursery! All in all we would very much recommend the nursery based on the personnel and the level of care.”

Buttercups Day Nursery - Syon Park
● Closed“Our daughter has been attending this nursery for almost a year. It is a wonderful place for little people to thrive. The combined curricula of Montessori, EYFS, and Forest School make it a stimulating setting for all the age groups in this setting. The facilities are astounding, especially for London where space is at a premium. The outdoors space is unlike any I've checked out in the area. While the facilities are great, I am most pleased with the care and attention provided to the children from an experienced and caring staff. Having observed staff and children interact first hand on a number of occasions, I feel so confident to have my daughter attend Buttercups. She has been thriving since she started. Thanks to the lovely manager and all the staff that take such care with the kids!”
