My Hercules loves going for a groom, Danielle puts him at ease, sits on the floor and plays with him and takes her time to do the best possible job she can on him. his coat was very knotty this time so we had to go super short but she consulted me before doing this and always keeps me informed eith pictures throughout his time with her. it's a nice environment too, with a doggie couch, toys and there's enough parking available too. I cant fault Danielle and wish I'd found her from the start rather than a nearby big chain petshop who were completely impersonal and left us with unpleasant experiences. Danielle really cares and that's what makes her so good at her job.”

I had coffee and a vegan muffin as I sat by the window watching people walk by. There were cyclists enjoying a coffee and food next to me and people browsing the store. Hopefully in the summer they have tables outside. They cleaned the tables as soon as they were empty and staff attentive. Plenty of variety of products. I hope they do well and good luck!”
