My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.”

Simone was our waiter and he served us brilliantly while regularly coming over to check that everything was okay during our meal - which it always was. Marta is one of the managers there and was excellently attentive while also ensuring that our experience was formidable. Classy, sophisticated, delicious with impeccable standards and service!”

● Open“Had lovely 3 night stay room ok and quite, had lovely breakfast every day i overhead some people moaning about running out of the hot buffet but with a large breakfast window and 20 random people turning up all at once what do you expect but the staff who were all very polite and friendly kept replenishing the food as quickly as possible it's better to have fresh and regular than food sitting there for ages as never as nice and it keeps there wastage down. I would stay again”

One can park free in the Tesco opposite and as it is right by Clapham Common, it's fantastic for picking up a picnic! The staff are all helpful and even though it's always busy, there are a lot of cashiers so it all moves quickly.”
