I particularly appreciate how accommodating and flexible they are as they understands plans can changed, appointments may be cancelled or I might get stuck and can't collect my boys on time, they have never charged a fee for this or taken a deposit which I understand other places to (which i understand). I highly recommend this grooming parlour and look forward to being a customer of theirs for another 15 years and more!”
