Music venue cafe in Orpington

“I had such a wonderful time going to the Orpington! I feel lucky we are locals to a place like this. The menu is a sophisticated take on classics. Everything is homemade and fresh, with an attention to detail in each dish. Music was great. Beer menu, excellent. I had a salt beef sandwich and it was perfect. We both wanted to order the whole menu and are looking forward to coming back. Scott also seems to care about his team, and that matters. To anyone saying it's a bit pricey: You get what you pay for, and that's never been more true than here. High quality, locally sourced ingredients with well thought-out menus, and a warm and personable experience.”

“Went there last night and what a lovely time it was. The food was scummy and the staff very cheerful and couldn't do enough for us. We stayed outside for a few hours with our dog in their massive table Service garden which hasittle wigwam shelters and huts as well as lots and lots of well spaced out tables. Inside was warm and cosy in the evening. We'll worth the visit.”

“We use the Daylight’s function room every week for a business networking meeting. The staff are helpful and welcoming. As we are there it would be rude not to stop for the occasional working lunch, and I have to say I haven’t been disappointed. “Went to the buff for some lunch last week. I had a very nice signature fish and chips and my partner had the katsu curry. Both meals looked great and tasted even better. Compliments to the chef!!!”

“Amazing pub with a great atmosphere, staff were very friendly, respectful, kind and understanding. Some of the staff are fairly new so it’s best to be patient and give them time to get your order ready. The food is absolutely superb, theres a lot of variety to choose from and the chefs give you a lot of wiggle room to mix and match to make yourself the perfect meal. Also a decent selection of drinks to choose from such as cocktails, ciders, ales you name it. Overall it makes for a very enjoyable experience”
