“Superb experience. We had the pleasure of seeing the Birmingham Royal Ballet's production of Don Quixote for my nans 80th birthday and we all enjoyed it immensely. From the dancers, set, costume and orchestra, it was all wonderful. The theatre itself was great. Very easy to get to.The only niggle would the be ladies toilets. There was a queue every time and it would be great if they had more toilets to reduce queues. But that's an absolute tiny niggle because the queue moved quickly. All in all, a fabulous experience.”

“I can't speak highly enough about Rachel and her team at Spotlight Dance & Theatre School. My girls have been involved with Spotlight since they were young, attending the Friday classes (with some great presentations at the end of the term to see what the kids have learnt and how they are progressing). My girls are now older and attend the Saturday morning classes and they love them. They thrive on the opportunity to perform and look forward to the Musical performances and can't wait for this year's show (having missed out on live performances during the Pandemic). Their confidence has soared from the encouragement from Rachel and her team and to see them up on stage makes us all proud! Well done Spotlight!”

Had time for some tasty toasties at the Pyb upstairs before the show - they do a delicious vegan one that id really recommend! Also very affordable pricing. “Although it isn't cheap, ArtsEd musical theatre courses have been totally worth it. My 13 year old son happily goes every week and spends 3 hours (3 50 minute sessions with breaks) at Arts Ed on a Saturday morning with a dance, an acting, and a singing session. This term they performed Matilda and when I saw him perform I didn't recognise him. Everything had improved - acting, singing dancing, all of it. What's more, he really let himself go in a way he hadn't before and this can only be because of the encouragement and confidence given by his teachers.”

Both of my child adore centre stage and always come out of lesson beaming and full.of exciting things to tell me. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a drama/performing arts academy”
