“I Purchased a sofa suite from this store. Mr Khan was brilliant absolutely and fantastic . he was so helpful. we have had the sofa delivered and as we were renovating we did not open it until about 5 weeks after delivery. he has been so accommodating and has asked me to email the store so that he can help me get the cushions even after the delivery. fantastic service all round and i would always buy from DFS ROMFORD STORE because of the help and service provided by Mr Khan. “Honestly would give more stars if I could. Placed my order for the first time here because of a promotion on Deliveroo and never ordered sushi from anyone else. The sushi is always so fresh and well made, and the menu is creative as well. The last time I ordered was a couple of days ago and man I wish I’d taken pictures because the time and attention to garnish was amazing. The sushi was seasoned to perfection too. They really outdid themselves. I also went to pick up an order once with my partner and the staff is super nice. On Deliveroo they handle their own delivery and the drivers always greet you with a smile and are very polite. Best sushi in the area in my opinion!”

“Extremely friendly, chatty, happy, lively and caring staff. Sarah especially. Its an old traditional pub. I can taste they clean the pipes regularly so the alcohol taste fresh, other pubs don't clean often and can notice the difference. I will definitely be returning due to great customer service and atmosphere.”

“The Drill opened its doors again today and I just popped over for a couple of drinks and a meal, both of which were excellent! I can't wait to sample the whole menu in the future. The new and old staff were super friendly and the manager Wayne was very welcoming and was clearly running a well oiled machine. Their social distancing measures seemed to be working well and it felt like a safe environment to relax in. Being a pub garden fan though I was most impressed with their refurbished garden - outstanding! See you again soon!”
