“We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) that stayed for about 6 months Modernview Serviced Accommodation 2 bed Executive apartment - Cassio. The apartments are fully furnished, well equipped and had everything we needed like washer dryer, toaster, kettle and oven. The Apartment was Super Clean, Serviced regularly by a professional housekeeper. The apartment was extremely cozy and comfortable for me and my family, we felt very much at home. Lots of things to do in and around Watford, We visited Harry Porter Leavesden Studios about 10 minutes drive away, also Central London was only 20 minutes by overland train. The apartment is close to amenities, the high street just a few minutes walk away, lots of restaurants and nice local shops. Staff were very supportive and went an extra mile to ensure we were well settled and comfortable! Would definitely recommend staying!”

“Travelled 45 minutes, with a head of outgrown hair. Booked my appointment with Callum, both staff present had a great welcoming attitude. Sat down, Callum asked what my goal is, he listened carefully and delivered an absolute professional quality haircut and taper fade. During the haircut he was making strategic cuts to suit my hairstyle and head shape for symmetry and perfection. Callum had a great eye for detail and he definitely holds the values as a perfectionist. In short; Callum holds great pride in his skills and work and is great at what he does. Kaine”

“Had lots issues with an old boiler and they were very quick to come out to check it and repair it each time it broke down, and when it finally conked out they managed to fit us a new one within 2 days. Also had all the radiators replaced and guys did a very good job”

“Today my family and I visited Tortilla in Watford. We have been regular customers here for years, but must mention how great the restaurant is. The food is lovely, the staff are attentive and approachable plus the restaurant is clean and well presented. Great job Tortilla Watford. Wouldn’t chose anywhere else. Well Played!”

“We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”
