I have never had any issues and if anything concerns me I know that I can send a quick email or call and my concerns will be resolved. “Can't fault this hotel at all! Cheapest family room we could find in London on an otherwise expensive weekend, £93 between 3 of us, great value compared to anywhere else we found. It is well-linked to central London via the Thameslink (Morden South) or Northern line (Morden). Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming so it was nice to be felt like we were cared for by the staff. The room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain about at all. Quick check-in and check-out process as well so that was convenient.”

“Great Barber shop, Ash is friendly, thorough and an all round great barber. Took the time to check my hair and crown position and changed the way I’ve been styling my hair for the last 20 plus years. Now my hair actually styles better and sits better.
