Generally the service we have received has been good, but last couple of weeks when poor Moomin was in crisis, the input from the regular vet Phoebe and regular nurse Lisa was ok of high standard and extremely reassuring for me. It made a difference dealing with staff that know me and Moomin well. Their support and input led to Moomin recovering from the crisis and is doing really well”
