They were very quick to respond every time and at the end, even offered a refund. This is rare as most SIM card is non-refundable. “After reading all the reviews I was really nervous about the poor delivery times. So i decided to mail them and ask how long it would take. I got a super fast response, they told me they have improved there logistics and confirmed it would take 2 weeks. I placed my order which was about £400 in value and everything came within 10 days and was great quality. I've just ordered more items from them, again there customer service replied to my e-mails in 2 hours. Seems like they may have had logistical issues previously but I felt compelled to leave a review as there products are great as was delivery. I almost didn't order after reading terrible delivery reviews but so glad i did.”
