“Had a major problem when my veneer fell off on a Friday evening, tried numerous dentists on the Saturday morning most of which were closed. I chanced upon Zen dentistry and gave them a call, luckily they had a spare appointment which I booked immediately, so glad I did Dr Shah and the team were so helpful and friendly and the decor is amazing. The veneer was fitted very professionally and feel confident that it will remain fixed for a very long time. Thanks so much.”

“I was referred to Banstead clinic for a physiotherapy appointment and was incredibly fortunate to see Clare Chilvers. I have been suffering with acute pain from an ongoing issue with nerve pain from damaged discs in my back, medication was not making any difference. I left the clinic feeling there was light at the end on the tunnel, with advice on gentle exercise, medication, acupuncture and suggestions to help with sleep. We are so lucky in Banstead/tattenham area to have such compassionate, knowledgeable professionals. Thank you Clare.”

“I ended up coming here to see Natasha the hygienist because my NHS dentists wait was over 4 months (and that was on top of waiting 6 months for a check up)!! Embarrassingly after not seeing a hygienist for nearly 5 or so years she had her work cut out. She did a fantastic first clean, and I've just returned from a check up appointment and second clean. Considering they needed a thorough clean, it was all done gently and the difference was instantly noticeable. At no point did I feel judged for not going for so long (which I was worried about) and Natasha has given me some fantastic advice for future care. It's such a shame I can't afford to swap to full private dental care as this place is brilliant, all the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, caring and incredibly professional!”

“I love this boutique! It is such a calm and relaxing environment to be in and when you walk through the door you are greeted by a wave of soft music and amazing aromatherapy smells. I had a facial with Lucy and I felt so taken care off as she catered to my skin needs and went the extra mile by including a small arm chest and hand massage which made me feel so comfortable. I will be coming back as it was a great experience a would recommend to everyone.”

Most recently I discovered the wooden bed slats had broken and they needed urgent repair because a guest was arriving the following day. Delighted that Shaun sorted it out promptly”
