“I purchased bedroom furniture on a Wednesday afternoon (I'd originally seen the furniture I wanted on a different site but found it cheaper here when I did a google search which is how I found them), and it had arrived and been built before lunchtime on the Thursday. The staff I dealt with on the phone were really helpful, and the delivery men who built the furniture were prompt, efficient, tidy and polite. They both wore masks to without my asking them to. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you!”

“We went in about late afternoon/early evening without a booking, Manager Matthew, although very busy was very accommodating and said he would get us a table in an hour despite a notice on the door to say that as it's Mother's Day, they were sorry they could not accommodate walk in customers. We went back in an hour and were given a table and the most courteous of service from the manager as well as Courtney, a very charming and efficient and friendly server. She was attentive and treated us very well. What a lovely first experience at this Mitchel's & Butlers chain. Thank you Matthew and Courtney for your attentive and friendly service. Will definitely recommend and the food was good and piping hot as well. This is with the fact that it was quite busy with many tables waiting to be served. Well done and thank you again. “What a lovely place and a wonderful bunch of people. I’ve driven past this place so many times and on this occasion to decided to stop in and experience. The hosts were so welcoming and chatty and all the services provided are extremely reasonable in pricing. There is plenty of seating inside and parking also directly outside. There is also a park and activity centre and playground across the road, so this cafe can be a welcome treat/reward after activities with little ones. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely be visiting more often.”

His communication skills, experience, technical product knowledge and design recommendations completely exceeded all expectations. All my queries were promptly answered, even outside of business hours, through the appropriate communication mediums, Phone, WhatsApp, text and/or email allowing me to make quick decisions. I highlight this because I did not receive this kind of service from the various other companies I was considering. Additionally, Baljinder’s punctuality and efficiency resulted in him providing timely quotations, ahead of his competitors and at very competitive prices. Sharan and Jaggan were the professional fitters of the wardrobes and they continued the outstanding service. Sharan and Jaggan were punctual every morning, even after a 60-90 minute commute, worked extremely fast throughout and did not let the quality of the fitting suffer. They make a great team and have left a very high quality finish on wardrobes which hopefully I can enjoy for years to come. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves every day. Overall a very professional and prompt team that delivers very high quality products. Baljinder, Sharan and Jaggan are a true asset for EGI. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work!”
