She immediately put us at ease and did not try to sell us anything- never felt under pressure to buy anything at any stage - and yet, we felt we wanted to engage and buy BO products as she was so knowledgeable, approachable, professional and friendly. Alejandra manages the show room I believe, only knew that from her emails - her passion and ability to genuinely care regards buying the right sofa and rug was very empowering. Using her experience and knowledge allowed Alejandra to help us with dimensions, best fit, best material too - the fact we ended up buying a smaller sofa than we originally wanted by showing us what we would end up with using the excellent in-house technology, speaks volumes for her skills and integrity. She managed to be tenacious enough to show she cared and not too aggressive to be off putting - a great skill to have. Her passion for the products, the company and doing a first class job shone through.
