“We’ve always picked up fruit and vegetables at Greens as part of our regular shop in Muswell Hill due to the fantastic range and quality as well as being able to pop in whilst walking our dog. However since lockdown their fruit and vegetable boxes have been a lifesaver particularly at a time when we were self isolating and weren’t sure we’d be able to get to the shops. The produce is always of a very high quality and the range in the boxes has meant we’ve been well stocked up. I suspect we’ll certainly continue to get the boxes after lowdown - thank you!”

“Edit April 2022: Regularly visit Crumbs . They do very healthy foods. I tried their carrot and ginger juice freshly juiced along with a lovely salad with lots of pure dressings ( olive oil, pomegranate dressing , balsamic vinegar ) . Staff are super welcoming . Edit 2019: A place to come to if you want friendly and warm service, fresh , delicious and healthy food. Hussein and his amazing staff always greet you with a smile. I tried their Turkish breakfast this morning with spicy sausage , spiced egg and fresh cucumber and tomatoes and halumi and feta garnished with fresh parsley. Great alteranative to the usual fry up I have here.”

“We have just had the most wonderful takeaway meal Nava thai Ashtead. I can’t single out a dish as it was all so good but the Nava crispy chicken delicious, the curry fantastic, chicken green curry was amazing, and the sweet n sour chicken the best I’ve tasted - oh and don’t forget to add the Honey chicken! and Tom Yum soup If you haven’t Nava thai tried yet, you are missing out!”

“Great Thai restaurant in an airy setting. Consistent quality and service. The sharing platter is always a treat - succulent chicken satay and the fish cakes have a nice hint of ginger. Nice level of heat to the spicy dishes.”

“Cheap and cheerful, does the job. Place is a little cramped, however, there were lots of people with luggage. Service was a little slow but that was due to a mixup in order and it being quite busy. Food managed to be catered to needs, and customer service made up for the mixup in food (no charge for coffee to make up for food service).”

“Really excellent biltong - far more tender than the often rubbery and slightly synthetic commercial stuff. The seasonings available are also top-notch (and free). Whenever I'm passing through the station, I'll pick up a bag - always well received by whoever I'm on the way to visit. If it survives the journey! Also available are a selection of ZA groceries, but the biltong is the real star here.”

“Great customer service & good pricing products.. I have been shopping from the off-Licence for a very long time and the products are absolutely in good condition and very satisfying. Owner is such a gentleman & staff is very friendly. Local shop, easy access on the main road and you could definitely find what ever you need.. No need to drive up to Tesco or Asda for big grocery shopping.”

“Almost a year that my little girl is attending this nursery on a full time basis and I am happy to see her progress!!! She loves the nursery and all the staff there!!! She goes in with pleasure- made little friends there ! I can say that the nursery grows with it's children! They are ready to listen to any request/ feedback or complaint! Really like their professional and friendly attitude regarding the children! All the staff knows all the children's names- they always have something nice to say to them! They encourage children to be independent to learn and develop into little people meanwhile respecting every child's own special way! I can only recommend the nursery! “Found this gem just by a chance last Monday. Was not really hungry so we thought just order 2 dishes and 3 of us could share but when they said their roti canai were freshly made not the frozen ones, we gave in. We ordered banana leaves w mutton, nasi lemak beef rendang & roti canai w chicken curry. OMG the mutton curry was out of this world! Just like mom’s cooking! And a big shoutout to the beef rendang! Hit all the spots. We can taste the TLC in that beef rendang! Feel like raya ok! Enough said. Roti + chicken curry didnt disappoint as well. We were happy campers! Keep up the good work guys. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re London! Or a branch in Birmingham perhaps? We totally had our epic ‘Le Festin’ moments that day. Thanks for the such lovely food!”
