“I've tried many gyms locally to Hayes and I'd say this one is the best in terms of value and facilities. The gym is well equipped with a range of machines (some old and new) over two floors - bigger than the Energie one in Hayes. The swimming pool is a great bonus and is perfect for those hot days. Plus an on-site cafe and library. Very good value compared with other gyms locally. My go to!”
