In his sessions, I feel like I can express anything I want to freely, without judgement and always knowing that I can take my time. We've explored a lot of background into the way early experiences have affected behaviour and how to move on and forwards through lots of intelligent conversation. His sessions aren't intimidating, but relaxed and up to you to choose what's discussed. I'd definitely recommend Greg to anybody seeking even someone to listen.”

“I had been experiencing lover back pain for a number of years which was really taking its toll on my work and personal life. “We have been going to this pet shop since they opened, 10+ years ago! The two ladies are the most lovely people, they always remember us and our dog is spoilt with a little treat upon entry (which may be why he drags us all along the high street to get to the pet shop!!). They will go above and beyond to help with any enquires and you can tell they really care! There is a great community spirit about them, always getting involved in neighbourhood activities- plus at Christmas, they have a beautiful window snow display. The shop is also spotless! I highly highly recommend them!”

“I had a really wonderful experiential healing session with Charlie. I went in not really knowing what to expect, and came out feeling like a totally different person. It was like a cross between therapy and meditation. In the end I didn't even notice I was on the phone. The vibrations I felt in my body over the course of the healing journey were stronger than I've had even from in-person meditation sessions. I continued feeling them, along with a deep sense of peace, for the rest of the day! I felt totally at ease, and Charlie held space for me wonderfully, and came up with a personalised affirmation for me that opened up parts of me that had been locked away for many years. I felt free to express myself however felt natural and I have been feeling the benefits and coming back to the lessons ever since. I'm interested in seeing what more might be brought up in future sessions! Highly recommended for anyone that has issues that they want to dig deeper into both spiritually and therapeutically. “The staff are really nice, understanding and incredibly helpful, which was impressive when I found out that 1/3 of local young people go there at some point for help. They do confidential counseling and advice, and seem to provide a real pressure valve for young people when they don't feel able to go to their parents, teachers, or other adults in times of need. Every town could do with an Off The Record for kids.”
