The energy and enthusiasm of the instructors Tara, Lidiya, Dan and the rest of the crew was amazing. so lucky to have such fantastic instructors and I look forward to continuing on my fitness path with them and trying out some of the new classes. There are many lovely things, like breastfeeding support group, midwives and health visitors in the child health clinic, baby sing and play, baby massage, play and stay for toddlers and other great sessions.
