“After spending a hellish 3.5 hours in the local Moss Bros, I walked into this lovely little shop to have my sizes eyed-up perfectly on the first try by Rudi, a gentlemen who started selling suits in 1979 at the age of 16, has worked all over the world, clothed celebrities and royals, and spent many years working on Bond Street. He was fantastic, professional, accomodating, courteous, and consistently went the extra mile. I tried on a few Italian suits, which all seemed to be of excellent quality, and was offered a tailoring service too, of course. Frankly, I don't think I could ever shop somewhere like Moss Bros again after enjoying the service and quality offered here. Very highly recommended!”

We done a Google search & up popped Pramsey (a stones throw from where we live) Loved what they stand for & from the Website Images we were totally hooked, spoke with the lovely Charlotte via email to confirm our viewing day (due to Covid) & what to expect, how to find them and safety measure/distancing rules. Today was our slot, really easy to find, very professional set up & distancing/hygiene set up. The AMAZING Hannah showed us 3 items (that we selected via email, from what we like online) everything was wiped down ready to handle & test, she was incredibly helpful & friendly (made us feel totally at easy) showed how prams worked, folded, items included etc. The prams are fantastically brought back to life, fully steam cleaned with NO chemicals, obviously some scuffs & bump marks but nothing to hinder or ruin the mechanics, movement or handling, we were shocked at how well they looked, felt, moved etc. She gave us some personal time to discuss & try out. Honestly she went above & beyond with helping us. In the end we left with our new (secondhand but in emaculate condition) iCandy Olive and we even got a Thankyou/Congratulation Prezzie. A simply Bank Transfer to complete purchase, easy peasey. We are soooooo excited with our purchase and cannot wait to use once baby is here. We will definatly be telling friends/family about these guys and there wonderful Prams, it really is worth a look and to have an open mind to realise that you don't need to buy Brand New & that secondhand Refurbished prams still offer the same quality & joy. First order was SUPER fast- maybe next day. Second order took longer than usual- about 5/6 days. But this is because of higher than normal sales during Dec/Jan time. Over the years we've always found the staff extremely helpful, professional, not pushy at all, but proactive in showing things to customers and always being willing to arrange alterations or find new sizes or alternative options. I've bought a few things from their womenswear and accessories also, but the emphasis is mens. Justin, the owner, is always forthright and helpful, and their clothing selection is excellent - interesting, sometimes quirky, elegant and always very well made with detailing that make each item stand out. In terms of pricing, yes, it's more expensive than buying menswear from Zara or TopShop, but you get what you pay for, and having worked in the fashion industry for years, the pricing is in line with the quality and detailing.”
