This was my second time in their saloon, the receptionist is lovely, she has a genuine smile, was a polite and hostile person. They offered us hot drinks and everyone was welcoming. My son has long and thick hair. That's why I booked him online for a female haircut so that she could spend time with him. She did spend time and gave him a nice haircut and charged us a gent haircut which was very professional.”

“I recently had a full head of highlights with Helen. At the consultation she took time to make sure she fully understood what I was looking for and was careful to manage my expectations, clearly explaining the challenges of achieving the outcome I was hoping for. She also explained her method of working and the approximate time I would take to complete. On the day of the appointment she was extremely thorough and didn’t rush the process at all, her primary concern was getting the closest result to what I was looking for whilst maintaining the quality and health of my hair. I’m absolutely delighted with the colour and the overall appearance, the highlights are finely done (no big chunks of colour!) and she perfectly placed them around my face as I wear my hair up a lot. As well as a being an excellent colourist Helen is such a gorgeous woman to spend a few hours chatting with, she kept me supplied with peppermint tea and gave me such a relaxing head massage! It was an extremely positive experience and I can’t recommend Helen highly enough.”

“Sophie honestly SAVED ME!!! after deciding to bleach my hair at home and looking like a traffic light I called Sophie who was fully booked but fit me in anyway cause she said if she was in my position she would want someone to help her too. When I arrived it was very welcoming and she done a toning and conditioning treatment to get my hair a lovely dark blonde/light brown colour, I have since booked in to start the process of going back blonde once my hair is healthier. I honestly could not recommend Sophie enough !!”

And I’m pleased to say: this is the best hair cut I have ever been given. Worth every penny. Not only did Antonella take time to understand my hair texture, how it naturally behaved, and the shape of my face; but she managed to cut it in a way that now allows me to let it air-dry and still look great (which for my type of wavy hair, feels like a miracle). I looked so glamourous coming out of the salon. But Antonella’s true craftsmanship is that she made it possible now for me to feel glamourous every time I let my hair air-dry and it still falls exactly in place and moves so nicely.
