“We have always enjoyed a Sunday dinner at Miller and Carter! The staff is really friendly, service is quick! Food is amazingly delicious! I am really impressed by the duck they offer - it’s a must try! The atmosphere is cosy. We tried their cocktails - they were also okay. Parking is available - all you have to do is register your car when entering the restaurant. If you are a fan of steak - then this is the right place for you!”

“Popped in, with no previous experience of the pub and not having been in Woodford for 20 years or so. Surprise, the pub was welcoming, light banter as much on tap as a range of beers and lagers. Well worthy a visit.”

“I’ve been going to the ladies morning classes for about 1 month now with no previous martial arts experience and it’s been so lovely. The instructor, Jess, is really welcoming of all abilities and is really adaptable. The classes have a great mix of longer term skill development and new skills each time. I gather the dojo has evening classes to but the morning ones I find are a great place to start off getting fit and learning something new.”

“First time visiting this place. Waiting was 5-10min for a table. They are busy. Service was very good and friendly. Food came on time, as expected. Each dish was cooked well with just the right marination. Food was amazing. Loved each dish. The prawns at the starter was smashing, so good finished it, then realised that I didn't take a pic. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Everything about this restaurant was great. The Restaurant was clean and in-line with Covid measures. “We have been coming since the first day it opened. The food is fantastic. The service is friendly and you always get a warm welcome. They will try to accommodate you if you haven't booked even at busy times. It is advisable to book as it gets busy. If you want a variety of dishes I would recommend the Shish Platter. You can always take home what you don't eat. We will be returning very soon.”

“I've only ordered off Uber Eats so far but the food is incredible. I've had two different bento boxes, the beef teriyaki and the chicken teriyaki. Both were really great. Good value for money, tasty, and filling. The Japanese wings and bubble tea are pretty good too. I would recommend it to everyone. Going to keep trying things from here including the sushi.”
