“We went to Sidra today with my 11 months old baby, even though it was busy lunch time service and tables were reserved for group of guests, the owner was so kind to offer us a table. The food is always so flavoursome, it definitely makes me feel so welcome! Highly recommend to everyone who lives in or visit Teddington to come to this lovely restaurant, you won’t be disappointed! :)”

“Chose this restaurant as I'd seen positive reviews on a local facebook group about their hygiene and safety during lockdown as well as some enthusiastic reviews of the food. 100% recommend. The food was fantastic, full of flavour and arrived hot and fresh. (Not overheated to appear hot at delivery like some places) The vegetable dishes had as much care taken over them as the meat dishes and the portions were generous. Very reasonably priced! The deliveroo estimate of the delivery time was accurate and whilst longer then most was definitely worth the wait and both the staff and delivery driver were very friendly despite being clearly busy. Definitely order again thanks guys!”

My wife and I decided to get paper-themed tattoos for our first wedding anniversary and having seen some of the work done by Doll’s Tattoo on Instagram and Facebook, decided to try this new artist in Teddington … best decision I’ve made! From the moment we first contacted them and described what we wanted, they got it. When we received the designs, it was exactly what we wanted. On the day, we went to the studio, which is a very interesting space and we were immediately impressed by the modern equipment and the friendly welcome we received, not to mention the numerous awards on display. We did some fine tuning with sizes until we were both 100% happy and then they set about preparing to tattoo us, which was methodical and thorough, with all the considerations you would expect. The equipment used was very modern, with very high quality ink, which complements the quality of the work by Doll’s. The line work is exquisite and even on our small tattoos, you can see the detail and high level of skill. I would have no hesitation in recommending Doll’s Tattoo and will be returning myself in the future.”

“Absolutely adore this place! I'm here on day 3 of them opening and I'm very pleased with everything. Wonderful simple breakfast and lunch menu I had plain bacon bap but it comes with added extras like melted cheese and poached egg and option to add hash browns. Just love the simplicity of everything the quality of the food was impressive just a bacon bap but it was seriously delicious, just look at the photo! All the items are reasonably priced, for Teddington I'm surprised!! Staff are great, Nihed, his wife and Sam the chef are super friendly and down to earth. I'm so happy this has opened, can't wait to come back with my girls to try the pancakes!!!”

Not only is the selection on offer extensive, offering Cuban and new world cigars, but Ajay and the team go all out on customer care & service, and have a flair for an attention to detail, offering sound advice. “A pretty good Spanish restaurant with friendly service. Reservations are recommended even on a weekday lunch as they do get quite filled though walk ins are possible if you go earlier during the lunch service. We enjoyed almost every dish. Standouts were the tempura Guindilla Peppers (great with a beer or G&T, not spicy), Estilo paella (nicely cooked rice, but the choice of a single prawn as the dish accent is perplexing on a sharing dish) and the Prawns Pil Pil (great crunch in fragrant oil, some bread on the side would be much appreciated). The sardines were also lovely. The Spanish tortilla was on the bland side and the lamb skewers too dry.”

“Shambles hosted our Teddington Lunch Club Christmas Lunch, for 26 people. We had pre-ordered our food but people were paying separately which meant lots of different tabs to keep track of, which can't have been easy. They handled this really well though. They also were very accommodating in making a last minute food order change. The food and atmosphere was really lovely and the service was great. Thank you, Shambles! We will be back again.”

Menu carries a wide range of tempting dishes, without being a catalogue, good wine list. Recommend the sticky beef with coconut rice - lovely piece of braising steak in a wonderfully glazed sauce of ginger, lime and soy sauce.”

“While I think the initial reaction was 'another coffee shop? at least it's not an estate agent' for most people in Teddington, Local Hero being a new addition to the high street is a dream. They've played into the fact that they're a coffee shop, and not a brunch/dinner/lunch place, and the focus on great coffee pays off with consistently great coffee. (although the pastries and small bites really are great too!) Family run with two other places in SW London, there's a range of different coffees, with all your usual oat/soy/alternative milk, with LH's house roast that makes for a great espresso - one of the only places in the area you can have a magic too (think flat white, but punchier!) Add on friendly and welcoming staff, and Local Hero is a winner for anything from a morning wake up call through to meeting a friend for a chat over a great tasting coffee. They're also dog friendly, which is a huge plus!”

“Beautiful pub/restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. Recently hosted a semi private birthday party here for my son’s 1st birthday and I can’t thank the team enough for how smoothly it all ran - all the food was served together for 24 guests and everyone was saying how much they liked the food. The staff were very accommodating and helped us through the process of planning it all to make it just as we wanted it to be. Would definitely come back again and recommend.”

Booked my appointment online for eye tests upon a request from my GP, They dealt with my health concerns with lots of care and done all sort of eye tests professionally. Staff were kind & not pushing customers to buy, they even volunteered to repair my old glass frame for free to make it suitable for use longer (I appreciate that). They have different choices of frames & vouchers can be redeemed smoothly.
